Most TOZO earbuds can be reset by placing them in the charging case, keeping the lid open, and pressing and holding the reset button on the case for 10 seconds until the lights flash. Alternatively, for some models, you may need to touch and hold the earbud panels simultaneously while they are disconnected.
This often indicates pairing issues. Try cleaning the charging contacts on both earbuds and the case to ensure they are charging properly. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset to re-sync the left and right earbuds.
