  Depending on your vehicle, you can typically swipe the screen with three fingers close together, or press and hold a specific factory button (like Track Up or NAVI) for roughly 2 seconds to toggle between displays.

• Why are incoming text responses from Siri silent on my CarPlay system?

  This often occurs if your phone is connected to the vehicle's OE Bluetooth for both phone calls and media. You should be in AUX mode for audio, and connected to the vehicle's factory Bluetooth for phone calls ONLY. Disconnect the phone as a media player in the factory BT settings.

• How do I pair my iPhone wirelessly to a ZZ-2 module?

  First, ensure your phone is disconnected from the OEM Bluetooth. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and look for the 'ZZPLAY-*****' or 'IDCORE' device. Select it, pair the device, allow contacts sharing, and accept the 'Use CarPlay' prompt.

• What should I do if my phone keeps dropping the wireless CarPlay connection?

  Perform a Hard Reset on your smartphone to clear its cache and processor data (this does not wipe personal data). Doing this periodically significantly improves connection speed and reliability.
