    Press and hold the power button for 1 second until the status LED lights up in blue.

  • How do I charge the Qassay reader?

    The device has an internal battery that charges via the USB-C port. The status LED will be solid red while charging and turn solid green when fully charged (which takes about 2 hours).

  • What does the "Cassette Not Found" error mean?

    This error means the QR code on the scanned cassette is not found in the database. Check that you are reading the correct cassette corresponding to your diagnostic kit.

  • How does the Qassay reader connect to my mobile device?

    The reader connects wirelessly via Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device (iOS 13+ or Android 10+) and pair it through the Qassay app.
