First, unplug the power cord. Gently wipe the surface with a soft, clean, dry cloth. If needed, lightly moisten the cloth with water. Do not use alcohol, solvents, or ammonia, as they may damage the screen.
Legamaster generally offers a 3-year 'on-site' repair base warranty for their professional touchscreens and displays. Extensions are often available for specific parts in years 4 and 5 depending on your model. Refer to your original invoice and documentation for complete terms.
"Burn-in" or image retention occurs when a static, non-moving image is left on the screen for extended periods. To help avoid this, it is recommended to turn off the e-screen for at least 6 hours after 16 hours of usage. Burn-in damage is typically not covered under warranty.
