• What is the warranty on HTPG refrigeration products?

  HTPG warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of installation or up to 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first.

• How do I submit a warranty claim for HTPG equipment?

  Warranty claims must be submitted to the Warranty Group within 90 days of the repair. You can submit a claim via https://www.htpg.com/submit-a-claim/.

• What happens if there is a power loss to my EcoNet controller?

  If there is a power loss at any time during normal system operation, the controller will automatically close the EXV, forcing a pumpdown.
