CURISEE cameras require a 2.4GHz wireless network and do not support 5GHz networks. Ensure your Wi-Fi authentication method is set to WPA2-PSK or a lower level of security, and that a password is required.
Long press the power button for 3 seconds to restart the device. If there is no response, remove the rubber plug at the bottom of the camera and use a pointed object to press the reboot hole.
