Before you begin, ensure you have the following tools:

ינסטאַלירונג סטעפּס:

1. קער אַוועק מאַכט: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse box that controls the power to the outdoor light fixture. Turn off the power completely before proceeding. Verify the power is off using a voltagE tester.
2. אַראָפּנעמען אַלטע פֿיקסטשור (אויב אָנווענדלעך): Carefully disconnect and remove any existing light fixture from the junction box.
3. צוטשעפּען מאַונטינג פּלאַטע: Secure the mounting plate to the junction box using the provided mounting screws. Ensure the plate is level and firmly attached.

   • פאַרבינדן די שוואַרץ דראָט פֿון דער פֿיקסטשור צו דער שוואַרץ (הייסע) דראָט פֿון דער דזשאַנקשאַן קעסטל ניצנדיק אַ דראָט נוס.

   • פאַרבינדן די גרין or bare copper (ground) wire from the fixture to the גרין or bare copper (ground) wire from the junction box using a wire nut. If no ground wire is available in the junction box, connect to the ground screw on the mounting plate.
   • Ensure all connections are secure and cover wire nuts with electrical tape for added insulation.
5. בארג די פיקסטור: Carefully align the fixture with the mounting plate. Secure the fixture to the mounting plate using the provided screws, ensuring a snug fit against the wall. If a gasket is provided, place it between the fixture and the mounting surface for a weather-tight seal.
