2.2 טשאַרדזשינג דאָק פּלאַצירונג

Place the charging dock against a wall on a hard, level surface. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the dock for optimal navigation and docking. Connect the adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a power outlet.

Place the robot onto the charging dock. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating that charging has begun. For first-time use, fully charge the robot before operation.

3.3 Customizing Cleaning with the Roborock App

The 400 ml dustbin should be emptied regularly, especially after each cleaning cycle, to maintain suction power. Open the robot's top cover, remove the dustbin, and dispose of collected debris.

The filter inside the dustbin is washable. Rinse it under running water and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting. Do not use a brush or fingers to clean the filter, as this may damage it.

4.4 Mop Module Maintenance

After mopping, remove the mop pad and wash it. The mop pad is reusable. Empty any remaining water from the water tank and allow it to air dry to prevent odors and mildew.

5.1 Robot Gets Stuck Frequently

  A: Roborock's smart auto top-up allows the robot to resume cleaning automatically at 80% battery charge after being interrupted for recharging—especially when cleaning larger homes (over 250 m²). In the charging process, it takes about 1 hour for every 20% increase in power and about 3 to 4 hours for a 20-100% increase.
