• Do not use this body fat scale if you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device. The bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology used by the scale sends a small, safe electrical current through the body, which may interfere with medical devices.
• Do not use this scale if you are pregnant. Body composition measurements may be inaccurate due to physiological changes during pregnancy.
• Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat, and stable surface for accurate measurements. Uneven surfaces can lead to inaccurate readings.

3.2 אַפּ דאַונלאָוד און פּערינג

The arboleaf scale requires the arboleaf app for full functionality and detailed body composition analysis. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

3. פארלענגערן הענטל: Gently pull the retractable handle upwards. Hold the handle with both hands, ensuring your thumbs are on the top electrodes and your fingers wrap around the side electrodes. Keep your arms straight and slightly away from your body, forming an angle.
4. בלייבט שטיל: Stand still until the measurement is complete. The display will show your weight and other key metrics. The app will simultaneously receive and process the full body composition data.

• Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Fat-Free Mass, Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat, Water Percentage, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Protein, BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).
• Segmental analysis for muscle balance and fat distribution across different body parts (trunk, upper/lower extremities).

The app also allows you to:

• Track Trends: View weekly, monthly, and yearly charts of your measurements to monitor progress towards your goals.
