This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective use of your COSTWAY XL 129 Gallon Oval Ice Bath Tub. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and operation. Retain this manual for future reference.

3. פּראָדוקט פֿעיִקייטן
- 7-Layer Construction: The ice bath tub and its cover are built with seven layers: PVC, mesh fabric, drop-stitch structure, EPE foam, and a waterproof coating. This construction provides a hardened wall, high-tensile strength, and enhanced durability.
- Full Body Immersion: With dimensions of 51" x 29.5" x 29" (L x W x H) and a 129-gallon capacity, this oval tub allows for comfortable full body immersion.
- Water Chiller Compatibility: The tub includes a 0.5-inch female inlet and a 0.5-inch water outlet, designed for connection to an external water chiller (not included). This feature enables automatic water cooling without the need for constant ice addition.
- Portability and Quick Setup: The outdoor ice bath tub can be inflated in approximately 2.5 minutes, facilitating quick assembly. Its foldable design allows for convenient storage in the included backpack, making it suitable for various locations.

4. סעטאַפּ אינסטרוקציעס
- אָפּלייגן קאַמפּאָונאַנץ: Carefully remove the ice bath tub and all accessories from the packaging. Lay the tub flat on a clean, level surface, preferably on the included floor mat.
- Inflate the Tub: Locate the inflation valve on the tub. Attach the hand pump to the valve and inflate the tub until it is firm. The tub should be rigid but not over-inflated. Refer to the pump's pressure gauge if available, or inflate until the walls are stable.
- באַוואָרענען די דעקל: Once inflated, place the cover on top of the tub. Use the integrated buckles to secure the cover firmly to the tub, ensuring a snug fit for insulation.
- Optional: Connect Water Chiller: If using a water chiller (not included), connect the chiller's hoses to the 0.5-inch female inlet ('Water In') and outlet ('Water Out') ports on the tub. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.

- פילונג די וואַנע: Ensure the drain valve is securely closed. Fill the tub with cold water to your desired level. If not using a water chiller, add ice to achieve the desired temperature.
- Cold Plunge Session: Carefully enter the tub. Limit your immersion time according to your experience and comfort level. It is recommended to start with short durations (e.g., 1-3 minutes) and gradually increase as tolerated.
- Draining the Tub: After use, open the drain valve located at the bottom of the tub to empty the water. Direct the water to a suitable drainage area.

- רייניקונג: Regularly clean the interior and exterior of the tub with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.

- Tub not holding air: Check the inflation valve to ensure it is securely closed. Inspect the tub surface for any punctures or leaks. Use the repair kit for minor damages.
- Water leaking from connections: Ensure all water chiller connections (if used) are tightly secured. Check the drain valve for a complete seal.
- Difficulty achieving desired water temperature: Ensure sufficient ice is added or verify the water chiller is operating correctly and connected properly.
