1. Connect the USB Type-C end of the provided cable to the USB-C port on the keyboard.

7.3 USB Port Disconnection (Intermittent)

If the keyboard intermittently disconnects, especially when the cable moves, ensure the USB-C cable is fully inserted and not damaged. Try a different USB-C cable if available. This can sometimes indicate a loose connection or a faulty cable/port.
