Welcome to your JLab Go Air Pop+ True Wireless Earbuds. This manual provides essential information to help you get the most out of your new earbuds, covering setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Please read these instructions carefully before use.

Your JLab Go Air Pop+ package includes:

• 1 Pair of Go Air Pop+ Earbuds
• 1 Charging Case with Integrated USB-C Cable

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. The case features an integrated USB-C charging cable for convenience.

1. Plug the integrated USB-C cable into a USB-A power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
2. The LED indicator on the case will show charging status. A solid green light indicates a full charge.

The earbuds feature automatic power-on and connection. Once removed from the case, they will automatically connect to each other and enter pairing mode.

2. Custom Sound with JLab App

Download the JLab App to personalize your listening experience. The app allows you to:

• Adjust Be Aware settings.
• Personalize sound preferences with EQ presets: JLab Signature, Balanced, or Bass Boost.

3. Be Aware Mode

Stay aware of your surroundings with Be Aware Mode, which allows ambient noise to pass through the earbuds for safer listening, especially in busy environments.

4. Dual Connect

The Dual Connect feature allows you to use either earbud independently or both together, providing flexibility for calls or listening.
