3. Multisport & Training

With over 95 preset sports modes, the SUUNTO Ocean is equipped to track a wide array of physical activities. You can plan customized workouts in the Suunto App and synchronize them to your watch. The integrated AI Coach monitors various parameters, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV), to provide insights into your training, progress, and recovery, aiding in performance improvement. The SuuntoPlus app further extends functionality by connecting with over 300 partner services.

4. Daily Use & Wellbeing

Beyond sports and diving, the SUUNTO Ocean serves as a daily wellbeing monitor. It tracks steps, calories burned, sleep quality, blood oxygen levels (SpO2), and on-wrist heart rate. The 1.43" AMOLED display provides clear visibility for all daily metrics and notifications.

2. Altimeter Fluctuations

3. Blood Oxygen Monitor Readings

For accurate blood oxygen (SpO2) readings, ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist and remain still during measurement. Spot checks may vary; for more consistent data, utilize continuous monitoring features, such as during sleep.

4. General Device Unresponsiveness

If the device becomes unresponsive, try restarting it by pressing and holding the top right button for approximately 12 seconds until the device powers off and then on again. If the issue persists, ensure the Suunto App is updated and try re-pairing the device.
