- Do not place the ice maker on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Ensure proper ventilation: Allow at least 4 inches of clear space around the unit for adequate airflow.
- Use only potable (drinkable) water. Filtered water is recommended to prolong the life of the unit and improve ice quality.
- After transporting the unit, allow it to stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle.

- Remove all packaging materials and check that all accessories are included.
- Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and other heat sources. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of space around the unit for proper ventilation.
- Allow the unit to stand upright for 24 hours before plugging it in.

- Rinse the interior with clean water and drain by removing the drain plug located at the bottom.

- Open the lid and pour potable water into the water reservoir up to the MAX water level mark.

- The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice may take 6-12 minutes. Subsequent batches will be faster.
- ווען דער אייז קאָרב איז פול, די אייז פול indicator will light up, and the ice maker will stop producing ice. Remove ice from the basket to resume operation.
- When the water level is low, the לייגן וואַסער indicator will light up. Add more water to the reservoir to continue ice production.

The ice maker is not a freezer and will not keep ice frozen indefinitely. For longer storage, transfer the ice cubes to the provided ice bags and store them in your freezer.

5. קער און וישאַלט
זיך-רייניקונג פֿונקציע:
The ice maker features an automatic self-cleaning mode:
- ענשור אַז עס איז וואַסער אין די רעזערוווואַר.
- דריקן און האַלטן די אויף / אַוועק / ריין button for 3 seconds to activate the self-cleaning cycle.
- The cycle will run for approximately 20 minutes.
- Once complete, drain the water from the unit.

For optimal performance and hygiene, clean your ice maker regularly:
- ינלענדיש: Periodically clean the water reservoir, ice basket, and evaporator with a diluted solution of water and vinegar or a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
