  3. Assemble the Canner: Place the steamer tray at the bottom of the pot. Position the steamer rack on top of the tray.

4. Operating Instructions: Steam Canning

4.1. Preparing for Canning

  1. Prepare Jars: Ensure jars are clean and free from chips or cracks. Sterilize jars if your recipe requires it (e.g., for processing times less than 10 minutes).

  3. Secure Lids: Place new, clean lids and bands on the jars, tightening bands finger-tight.

4.2. Steam Canning Process
