Welding operations involve inherent risks. It is crucial to follow all safety guidelines to prevent injury or damage to equipment. Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including welding helmet, gloves, protective clothing, and safety shoes.

3. סעטאַפּ

Proper setup is essential for safe and efficient operation of your Esab Rustler EM 300i welding machine. Follow these steps carefully:

3.3 Wire Feeder Setup (MIG/MAG)

The machine features an integrated 2-roller wire feeder.

• Open the side panel of the machine to access the wire spool compartment.
• Mount the appropriate welding wire spool onto the spindle. Ensure the wire unwinds smoothly.
• Thread the wire through the guide tube and into the wire feeder rollers.
• Adjust the tension of the wire feeder rollers according to the wire diameter and type.
• Close the side panel securely.

3.4 Gas Connection (MIG/MAG)

For MIG/MAG welding, a shielding gas cylinder is required.

• Connect the gas hose from the machine to the pressure regulator on the gas cylinder.

This service aims to provide technical installation of the product, followed by basic training and presentation of the main features and functionalities of the equipment, as well as its correct application.

The ESAB Technical Delivery service is limited to a 200km (round trip) distance between the nearest authorized assistance center and the customer's address.
