This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Bisofice D1002 TAM-T Cordless Phone System. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage.

סעטאַפּ אינסטרוקציעס
1. קאָמפּאָנענט איבערview

2. באַטאַרייע ייַנמאָנטירונג
- עפֿנט דעם דעקל פֿונעם באַטעריע־אָפּטייל אויף דער הינטערשטער זײַט פֿון יעדן האַנטסעט.
- Insert the provided AAA rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
- פאַרמאַכן די באַטאַרייע אָפּטייל דעקן סיקיורלי.
3. פֿאַרבינדן די באַזע אַפּאַראַט
- Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the LINE jack on the main base unit.
- פֿאַרבינדט דעם אַנדערן עק פֿון דער טעלעפֿאָן ליניע שנור צו אייער טעלעפֿאָן וואַנט דזשעק.
- Plug one power adapter into the DC 6V jack on the main base unit.
- צאַפּן די מאַכט אַדאַפּטער אין אַ נאָרמאַל עלעקטריקאַל ווענטיל.
- Place one handset on the main base unit to charge.
4. Connecting Additional Charging Bases
- Plug the remaining power adapters into the DC 6V jacks on the additional charging bases.
- Plug these power adapters into standard electrical outlets.
- Place the remaining handsets on their respective charging bases to charge.
5. ערשטע אָפּצאָל
Allow all handsets to charge for at least 12-15 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery performance.
אַפּערייטינג ינסטראַקשאַנז
1. גרונטלעכע רוף פונקציעס
- מאַכן אַ רוף: Enter the phone number using the number keys, then press the Talk/Dial קנעפּל.
- ענטפֿערן אַ רוף: ווען דער טעלעפאָן קלינגט, דריק די Talk/Dial קנעפּל.
- ענדיקן אַ רוף: דרוק די סוף / מאַכט קנעפּל.
- רעדיאַל: דרוק די רידיאַל / פּויזע קנעפּל צו רידיאַל די לעצטע נומער גערופן.
- פּויזע: ניצן די רידיאַל / פּויזע button during dialing to insert a pause.
- שטום: דרוק די Mute/OK/Menu button during a call to mute your microphone. Press again to unmute.

2. Answering Machine (Main Base Unit)
The main base unit features an integrated answering machine with up to 240 minutes of recording capacity.

- Recording Announcements: You can record two group announcements. The maximum memo recording is 120 seconds. Refer to the detailed manual section for specific steps to record your outgoing message.
- אויסמעקן אַרטיקלען: דרוק די DEL button on the base unit to delete recordings.
3. טעלעפאָנבאָאָק
The phonebook can store up to 50 entries, each with a maximum of 12 characters for the name and 20 digits for the number.
- צולייגן אן איינטראג: Navigate to the phonebook menu, select 'Add New', enter the name and number, then save.
- Viewing Entries: דרוק די Phonebook/Back button to access the phonebook. Use the navigation keys to scroll.

4. קאַללער שייַן
The phone supports Caller ID, displaying the number of incoming calls. It stores 30 incoming numbers and 10 outgoing numbers.
- Viewאין רופן לאָג: Access the call log through the menu to view incoming and outgoing calls.
5. Multi-Handset Connection & Conference Calls
The system supports connecting up to 5 handsets to one base unit. Each handset can also be registered to up to 4 base units.

The system also supports three-way conference calls between an external call and two handsets.

6. שפּראַך סעטטינגס
The handset interface offers 16 language options:
- Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Hungarian, Greek, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Turkish, Russian, and Ukrainian.
To change the language, navigate to the settings menu on the handset and select 'Language'.

7. Ringtones and Flash Time
- רינגטאָנעס: Choose from 10 selectable ringtones. Volume is adjustable. Different melodies can be assigned for various call types.
- בליץ צייט: The flash time (100/300/600/1000 ms) can be adjusted to suit different telephone lines or automatic intermediaries.

- רייניקונג: ניצן אַ ווייך, דamp cloth to clean the phone and base units. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- באַטערי זאָרגן: Ensure batteries are fully charged regularly. If the phone will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries.
- סוויווע: Keep the phone away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.
