The Mira Max Fertility Monitor is an advanced at-home hormone tracker designed to help women understand their fertility cycle with precision. It measures three key fertility hormones: Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Estrone-3-Glucuronide (E3G), and Pregnanediol Glucuronide (PdG). By tracking these hormones, the Mira system provides real-time data and personalized insights, aiding in the detection of ovulation and fertile windows.

3. סעטאַפּ
- טשאַרדזשינג די מאָניטאָר: Before first use, fully charge the Mira Max Fertility Monitor using the provided USB cable. A USB wall adapter (not included) is required.
- Download the Mira App: Download the "Mira Fertility" app from your device's app store (available on App Store and Google Play).
- פאַרבינדן מיט אַפּ: Follow the in-app instructions to pair your Mira Max Fertility Monitor with the app via Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Prepare for Testing:

- Remove a Mira Max Test Wand from its sealed packaging.

4. אַפּערייטינג ינסטרוקטיאָנס
The Mira Max system provides lab-grade hormone results directly to your smartphone, offering detailed insights into your fertility cycle.
- Dip the Test Wand: Carefully dip the absorbent tip of the Mira Max Test Wand into your collected urine sample. Ensure the tip is fully immersed for 10-20 seconds. Do not exceed 25 seconds.
- Insert into Monitor: Immediately after dipping, insert the test wand horizontally into the Mira Max Fertility Monitor. Ensure the monitor is on a horizontal surface and the wand is fully inserted.
- Wait for Analysis: The monitor will begin analyzing the sample. This process typically takes a few minutes.
- View Results in App: Once analysis is complete, your hormone levels (LH, E3G, PdG) will automatically sync and display in the Mira Fertility app. The app provides real-time charts and a fertility score based on your hormone data.
Understanding Your Results:
- LH (Luteinizing Hormone): A surge in LH indicates impending ovulation, typically within 12-36 hours.
- E3G (Estrone-3-Glucuronide): A rise in E3G, a metabolite of estrogen, indicates the start of your fertile window, which can be up to 6 days.
- PdG (Pregnanediol Glucuronide): A sustained rise in PdG, a metabolite of progesterone, confirms that ovulation has occurred.

- רייניקן דעם מאָניטאָר: Wipe the exterior of the Mira Max Fertility Monitor with a soft, dry cloth. Do not submerge the device in water or use abrasive cleaners.
- Cleaning the Collection Cup: The reusable silicone collection cup can be washed with mild soap and water after each use. Ensure it is thoroughly dry before storage.
- סטאָרידזש: Store the monitor and test wands in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep test wands in their original sealed packaging until ready for use.
