- Prepare Inflation Equipment: Ensure you have a ball pump and a needle adapter.
- Moisten Needle: Lightly moisten the needle adapter with water or silicone oil before inserting it into the ball's valve. This helps prevent damage to the valve.
- Insert Needle: Carefully insert the moistened needle straight into the valve.
- Inflate the Ball: Begin pumping air into the ball. The recommended internal pressure for the SF3J model is 0.10 to 0.15 kgf/cm². Do not over-inflate the ball, as this can cause damage and reduce its lifespan.
- Check Pressure: If you have a pressure gauge, use it to ensure the ball is inflated to the recommended pressure. Alternatively, gently press on the ball; it should feel firm but still have a slight give.
