1. Initial Setup & Pairing

The C81 is designed for hassle-free setup with no driver installation required. Simply plug it into your device's USB-C port, and it will automatically enter pairing mode for first-time use.

When chatting in-game, the dongle may switch to a mono, 16kHz bit rate signal due to Bluetooth technology limitations. To improve chat quality, use the included mini mic plugged into your controller and ensure your PS5's microphone input is set to "Controller Headset".

3. Connection Issues / Re-pairing

• Ensure both the C81 and your Bluetooth headphones are in pairing mode.
• Keep the devices within close proximity during pairing.
• If connection is lost, try unplugging and re-plugging the C81, then re-enter pairing mode on both devices.
