- מאַכט אויף / אַוועק: Press the Power Button (⏻) to turn the massager on or off. The unit will typically start in a default massage mode.
- אויסקלייַבן מאַסאַזש מאָדע: Press the Mode Button (↻) to cycle through the available massage modes. The massager offers 3 distinct modes.
- סטרויערן ינטענסיטי: Press the Intensity Button (▶▶) to adjust the massage intensity. There are 3 intensity levels to choose from.
- אַקטיווירן היץ: Press the Heat Button (♨) to turn the soothing heat function on or off.
- באַניץ: Place your feet on the massage nodes or position the massager against your lower back, thighs, or calves as desired.
- אָטאַמאַטיק פאַרמאַכן: For safety, the massager is equipped with a 15-minute automatic shut-off function.

- Ensure the washable cover is properly placed if you desire a gentler massage.
