The Kegland DigiBoil Electric Kettle is a versatile appliance designed for various heating and brewing applications. This manual provides essential information for safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your 65L (17.1 Gallon) 220V DigiBoil unit.

The DigiBoil Electric Kettle features a robust 304 stainless steel construction, digital temperature control, and multiple heating elements for precise temperature management. It is equipped with a 1/2" ball valve for easy liquid transfer and stamped-in volume markers for accurate measurements.

- רייניקונג: Before first use, wash the interior of the kettle and all accessories (like the ball valve) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Ball Valve Installation: Attach the 1/2" ball valve to the kettle's outlet. Ensure all seals are properly seated to prevent leaks. The valve includes a 13mm barb for hose connection.
- אָרט: Place the kettle on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials.
- מאַכט קשר: Connect the NEMA 6-30P plug (4.5 ft. cord) to a dedicated 220V / 20A power outlet.

- אָנפֿילן קעסל: Add the desired liquid to the kettle. Observe the internal stamped volume markers for accurate measurement (gallons & liters). Do not fill above the maximum fill line.
- מאַכט אויף: Turn on the main power switch located on the kettle's base. The digital display will illuminate.
- שטעלן טעמפּעראַטור: ניצן די + און - buttons on the digital control panel to set your desired temperature. The display shows the current temperature.
- Select Heating Elements: The kettle has three independent heating elements: 2000W, 1000W, and 500W. Use the individual switches to activate the desired elements. For faster heating, activate all elements. For maintaining temperature or slower heating, use fewer elements.

- Liquid Transfer: Once the desired temperature is reached, use the 1/2" ball valve to dispense the liquid. Ensure a suitable container is placed beneath the spigot.
