- אויספּאַקן די וואָג: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present: the weighing platform, the model 750 weight display, and the 10 ft (3m) indicator cable.
- Position the Platform: Place the 24-inch (61 cm) square weighing platform on a firm, level surface. Ensure the surface is stable and free from vibrations to guarantee accurate readings.
- Connect the Indicator: Connect the 10 ft (3m) indicator cable from the weighing platform to the model 750 weight display. Ensure the connection is secure.

Basic Weighing Procedure

- Lock/Release: די LOCK/RELEASE button can be used to hold the displayed weight after the patient steps off, or to release the held weight.

The Detecto 6800-AC scale can calculate Body Mass Index (BMI).
- Weigh Patient: Follow the basic weighing procedure to obtain the patient's weight.
- Enter Height: Once the weight is stable, press the BMI/ENTER button. The display will prompt for height input. Use the arrow keys (אַרויף / אַראָפּ) to adjust the height value.
- Confirm Height: דרוק BMI/ENTER again to confirm the height. The scale will then display the calculated BMI.
