1. Identify the Existing Handset Connection: Locate the existing handset cable connected to the recliner's motor or control box. This is typically a 5-pin DIN connector.
2. Disconnect Old Handset (if applicable): Carefully unplug the old handset's 5-pin connector from the recliner's control system.
