- Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, or are pregnant.
- Ensure the gravity bench is assembled correctly and all bolts and nuts are securely tightened before each use.
- Place the bench on a flat, stable, non-slip surface. Do not use on uneven ground.

Assembly typically requires two people. Follow the steps below carefully. Refer to the included assembly diagram for visual guidance.

- צוזאַמענשטעלן באַזע ראַם: Connect the main base bars using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach A-Frame: Secure the A-frame supports to the base frame.
- Install Backrest Support: Mount the backrest support structure onto the A-frame.
- Mount Backrest Pad: Attach the padded backrest to its support structure. Ensure it is firmly secured.
- Assemble Ankle Holding System: Attach the ankle rollers and locking mechanism to the lower frame. Test the mechanism for smooth operation.
- Install Safety Handles: Secure the safety handles to the appropriate points on the frame.

- Secure Ankles: Step onto the foot platform and secure your ankles firmly into the ankle holding system. Ensure the padding is comfortable and the lock is engaged.
- Find Balance Point: Slowly lean back, allowing the bench to pivot. Use the safety handles to control your movement. Find your balance point where the bench can easily rotate.
- יבערקערן: To invert, slowly raise your arms above your head. The bench will begin to rotate. Control the speed with your arm movements and the safety handles.
- Return Upright: To return to the upright position, slowly bring your arms down towards your sides or grasp the safety handles and pull yourself up.
