4. סעטאַפּ און אַסעמבלי
Assembly is straightforward. Follow these steps:

- צוטשעפּען פיס: Securely attach the four legs to the base of the smoker body using the provided hardware. Ensure they are tightened for stability.
- Insert Drip Pans: Place the two drip pans into their designated slots inside the lower section of the smoker.
- Position Grates: Insert the two chromed grates into the upper section of the smoker. They can be placed at different heights as needed.

Follow these steps for effective smoking:
- Prepare Fuel: Place your chosen fuel (charcoal, wood chips/chunks) in the designated area at the bottom of the smoker.
- Ignite Fuel: Carefully ignite the fuel. Allow it to burn until it's glowing and producing consistent smoke.
- פאַרהייצן: Close the doors and allow the smoker to preheat to your desired smoking temperature. Monitor the integrated thermometer.
- טעמפּעראַטור קאָנטראָל: Use the four side ventilation sliders to control the airflow and thus the temperature. Opening the vents increases airflow and temperature; closing them reduces it. Adjust gradually for stable temperatures.
- לאָד עסן: Once the desired temperature is reached, carefully place your food on the chromed grates. Use the provided grate hooks for easy handling.
