Welcome to the user manual for your new inkBOOK Lumos 6-inch eReader. This guide provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your device. The inkBOOK Lumos is designed to provide a comfortable and immersive reading experience with its paper-like E Ink screen and adjustable frontlight.

Note: Color temperature management refers to the light's temperature, not screen colors. As an E Ink device, the screen displays 16 shades of grey. While based on Android, the inkBOOK Lumos is an e-reader, not a tablet, and its performance differs from typical Android tablets.

3. סעטאַפּ
3.1 ערשט אָפּצאָל
Before first use, fully charge your inkBOOK Lumos. Connect the device to a power source using the provided USB cable. The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes a few hours.

4. Operating the inkBOOK Lumos

The inkBOOK Lumos features a touch-sensitive E Ink screen. You can navigate by tapping, swiping, and pinching.

- To access reading options (font size, line spacing, etc.), tap the center of the screen while reading.
4.3 Adjusting Frontlight
The inkBOOK Lumos features an adjustable frontlight with color temperature management:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the quick settings panel.
- Locate the brightness and color temperature sliders.
- Adjust the sliders to your preferred brightness and warmth. A warmer light (yellowish) is often preferred for evening reading.
4.4 Transferring Books
You can transfer ebooks to your inkBOOK Lumos via USB connection:
- Connect your inkBOOK Lumos to your computer using the USB cable.
- Your device will appear as a removable storage device on your computer.
- Drag and drop your ebook files (e.g., ePub, MOBI, PDF) into the "Books" or "Documents" folder on your inkBOOK Lumos.

5.2 באַטערי קער

- Use only the provided USB cable or a certified compatible cable for charging.
