- Always use the safety key/clip during operation. In case of an emergency, the safety key will immediately stop the treadmill.
- Wear appropriate exercise attire and athletic shoes. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in moving parts.

The Star Trac 8 Series TRx Treadmill requires assembly. It is recommended that two or more people assist with the assembly process due to the equipment's size and weight (approximately 477 pounds / 216 kg).
