- אַרייַנלייגן באַטעריז: Open the battery compartments on both the display unit and the wireless transmitter base. Insert the 4 AAA batteries, observing correct polarity.

- מאַכט אויף: Turn on both the display unit and the transmitter base using their respective ON/OFF switches.
- פּאָרינג: The units should automatically pair. If not, ensure they are within range and try turning them off and on again.

- Select Meat Type: דרוק די פלייש button to cycle through preset meat types (Beef, Lamb, Veal, Hamburger, Pork, Turkey, Chicken, Fish).
- Select Doneness (Taste): After selecting the meat, press the געשמאַק button to choose the desired level of doneness (e.g., Rare, Medium, Well). The target temperature will adjust automatically.

- צייל-אַרויף טייַמער: To use as a count-up timer, ensure the timer is set to 00:00, then press אָנהייב / האַלטן.
- Stop/Reset Timer: דרוק אָנהייב / האַלטן to pause or resume the timer. Press קלאָר to reset the timer to 00:00.

- רייניקונג: Wipe the display unit and transmitter base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse them in water. The stainless steel probe can be cleaned with warm, soapy water.
