The UHPPOTE 125KHz RFID Standalone Door Access Control Keypad is a high-quality, high-security device designed for sensitive and quick response access control. It supports up to 1000 card users and can be fully programmed directly from the keypad, eliminating the need for a computer connection. Its low-power circuit ensures a longer service life, making it suitable for various applications including factories, houses, residential quarters, offices, and mechanical/electrical control equipment.

The keypad is designed for screw-in installation. Ensure you have the necessary tools (drill, screwdriver) before beginning. The device is intended for indoor use.

1. Drill four holes on the wall for the self-tapping screws and one hole for the cable.
2. Insert the plastic anchors into the four drilled holes.
3. Fix the back cover firmly on the wall using the four self-tapping screws.
4. Thread the cable through the cable hole and attach the keypad to the back cover.
5. Secure the keypad to the back cover using the securing screw at the bottom.

The keypad allows for full programming directly from the device. Follow these steps to manage users and settings. For a visual demonstration, please refer to the operation video below.

6.1. Changing the Admin Password

1. דרוק #, then input the default admin password (e.g., 123456), און דריקן #.
2. דרוק 0.
3. Input your new admin password (4-8 digits), then press #.
4. Input the new admin password again to confirm, then press #.
5. The keypad will emit a confirmation tone.

6.2. Adding Card Users

1. דרוק #, then input the admin password, then press #.
2. דרוק 1, דעמאלט 0.
3. Place the card you wish to add on the keypad. The keypad will beep to confirm.
4. To add more cards, place each additional card on the keypad.
5. After adding all desired cards, press # צו אַרויסגאַנג.

6.3. Adding a Card User with ID Number

1. דרוק #, then input the admin password, then press #.
2. דרוק 1, דעמאלט 1.
3. Input a 4-digit user ID number (from 0000 to 9999), then press #.
4. Place the card on the keypad. The keypad will beep to confirm.

6.4. Adding or Changing PIN Users

1. דרוק #, then input the admin password, then press #.
2. דרוק 1, דעמאלט 2.
3. Input a 4-digit user ID number (from 0000 to 9999), then press #.
4. Input a new password (4-8 digits), then press #.
5. Input the new password again to confirm, then press #.
6. The keypad will emit a confirmation tone.

6.5. Setting Admin Add Card

An Admin Add Card can be used to quickly add multiple user cards without entering programming mode each time. Only one Admin Add Card can be set.

3. Place the card you want to designate as the Admin Add Card on the keypad. The keypad will beep to confirm.

6.6. Setting Admin Delete Card

An Admin Delete Card can be used to quickly delete multiple user cards without entering programming mode each time. Only one Admin Delete Card can be set.

3. Place the card you want to designate as the Admin Delete Card on the keypad. The keypad will beep to confirm.

6.7. Setting or Changing a PIN for an Added Card

This operation must be done outside of programming mode, and the card must already be programmed to this keypad.

2. Place the added card on the keypad.

5. The keypad will emit a confirmation tone.

• Keep the keypad clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

• קלאַוויאַטור רעאַגירט נישט: Check power supply connections. Ensure the device is receiving 12V.
• Cards not recognized: Ensure cards are properly enrolled. Re-enroll cards if necessary. Check the maximum range of the RFID reader (0.39 inches).
• Lock not activating: Verify wiring to the electric lock according to the diagrams. Check the lock's power supply and functionality independently.
• Cannot enter programming mode: Ensure the correct admin password is being used.
