It is specifically designed for agricultural, automotive, and construction applications. The M-240S-MU includes a manual nozzle, fuel hose, and power cord. It operates with a duty cycle of 30 minutes ON and 30 minutes OFF, an operating pressure of 15 psi (1.03 bar), and an operating temperature range of -20°F to 125°F (-29°C to 52°C). This pump is designed for use with a 24-volt power source. The motor is U.L. Listed to U.S. and Canadian Standards.

4. סעטאַפּ און ייַנמאָנטירונג
Proper installation is crucial for the safe and effective operation of your fuel transfer pump.

The M-240S-MU pump features a spin collar mount for easy installation onto a tank or barrel. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and capable of supporting the pump's weight and the weight of the fuel it will transfer.
- Securely attach the pump to the tank opening using the spin collar. Ensure a tight, leak-free connection.
- Position the pump so that the hose and nozzle can reach the desired dispensing location without strain.

4.2 Connecting Hoses and Nozzle
- Connect the fuel hose to the pump's outlet. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Attach the manual shut-off nozzle to the other end of the fuel hose.

- Connect the power cord to the pump.

Follow these steps for safe and effective fuel transfer.
- Ensure the pump is securely mounted and all hose and electrical connections are tight.
- Place the nozzle into the receiving tank or container.
- Activate the pump. The pump is designed for a duty cycle of 30 מינוט אויף, 30 מינוט אַוועק. Adhering to this cycle is critical to prevent motor overheating.
- Begin dispensing fuel by engaging the manual nozzle lever.
- Monitor the fuel transfer process. Do not leave the pump unattended during operation.
- Once the desired amount of fuel has been transferred, release the nozzle lever to stop the flow.
- Deactivate the pump and return the nozzle to its holder.
