Before installation, ensure your lift chair or power recliner is unplugged from the power outlet to prevent accidental operation or electrical shock.

The Okin 2-Button Hand Control provides simple operation for your lift chair or power recliner.
- "Up" Button: Press and hold the "Up" button (typically the top button) to raise the chair's footrest and/or recline the backrest, or to lift the chair to a standing assist position. Release the button to stop movement.
- "Down" Button: Press and hold the "Down" button (typically the bottom button) to lower the chair's footrest and/or bring the backrest upright, or to lower the chair from a standing assist position back to a seated position. Release the button to stop movement.
Always ensure the area around the chair is clear before operating to prevent obstructions or injury.
