Before using your coffeemaker for the first time, please follow these steps:

Follow these steps to brew coffee with your Mr. Coffee Tf5-099 Coffeemaker:

- Pause 'n Serve: If you wish to pour a cup before brewing is complete, carefully remove the carafe. The flow of coffee will temporarily stop. Return the carafe to the warming plate within 20 seconds to prevent overflow.

- Flavor Seal Lid: Ensure the Flavor Seal Lid is clean and free of coffee residue to maintain its effectiveness.
