This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your A&D HT Series Compact Scale, model HT-300. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the scale to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage.

Always observe the following safety precautions to ensure safe operation and to prevent damage to the scale or injury to the user:

• Do not overload the scale beyond its maximum capacity (310 g for HT-300).
• Use the scale on a stable, level surface to ensure accurate readings.

The A&D HT-300 Compact Scale is designed for precise weighing in various environments, including schools, laboratories, and for weighing small items like jewelry. It features a stainless steel pan, a backlit LCD display, and multiple units of measure.

1. אויספּאַקן: פֿאָרזיכטיק אַרויסנעמען די וואָג און אַלע אַקסעסאָריעס פֿון דער פּאַקאַדזשינג.
2. אָרט: Place the scale on a firm, level, and vibration-free surface. Ensure it is away from direct sunlight, drafts, and heat sources.
3. מאַכט צושטעלן:
   • באַטערי אָפּעראַציע: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale and insert the required batteries (check battery type and polarity).
   • AC Adaptor (Optional): If using the AC adaptor, plug it into the scale's power input jack and then into a suitable wall outlet.
4. ערשט מאַכט אויף: דרוק די ON/OFF button to turn on the scale. The display will show "88888" then "0.0g" (or the last used unit) when ready.

אַפּערייטינג ינסטראַקשאַנז

1. מאַכט אויף / אויסגעלאשן

• צו אנצינדן: דריק די ON/OFF קנעפּל.
• צו אויסלעשן: דריק און האלט די ON/OFF button until the display turns off. The scale also features an auto-off function to conserve power.

2. גרונטלעכע וואָג

1. Ensure the scale is on a stable surface and displays "0.0g".
2. Gently place the item to be weighed on the center of the weighing pan.
3. Wait for the reading to stabilize. The "STABLE" indicator will appear on the display.
4. Read the weight displayed on the LCD.

3. Tare Function (Zeroing a Container)

The tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so only the net weight of the contents is measured.

1. Place the empty container on the weighing pan. The display will show its weight.
2. דרוק די →0/T← (RE-ZERO) button. The display will return to "0.0g" and the "NET" indicator will appear.

4. Changing Units of Measure

The HT-300 supports multiple units of measure (g, oz, lb-oz, ozt, N).

• Stop pressing when your desired unit is displayed.

5. האַלטן פונקציע

The hold function allows you to temporarily freeze the displayed weight, even after the item is removed from the pan.

• While an item is on the pan and the weight is stable, press and hold the האַלטן button for a few seconds. The display will show "HOLD" or a similar indicator.
• The weight will remain displayed even if the item is removed.
• To release the hold, press the האַלטן קנעפּל ווידער.

• For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents.

• The stainless steel pan can be removed for more thorough cleaning if necessary.

• When not in use for extended periods, store the scale in its clear carry-case to protect it from dust and damage.
