- Connect Hose to Cylinder: Securely attach the red acetylene hose to your acetylene cylinder. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks. Note: An adapter may be required for small B-type bottles, which is not included with the kit.
- Connect Hose to Torch Handle: Attach the other end of the hose to the torch handle. Hand-tighten first, then use a wrench to ensure a secure, leak-free connection.
- Attach Torch Tip: Select the appropriate torch tip for your application and screw it firmly onto the torch handle.
- טשעק פֿאַר ליקס: Before opening the cylinder valve, apply a leak detection solution (e.g., soapy water) to all connections. Slowly open the acetylene cylinder valve. If bubbles appear, tighten the connection or replace the seal. Close the cylinder valve immediately if a leak is detected.

- Open Acetylene Valve: Slowly open the acetylene cylinder valve.
- Adjust Torch Valve: Slightly open the valve on the torch handle to allow a small flow of acetylene.
- Ignite Flame: Use a spark lighter or striker to ignite the gas at the torch tip. Do not use matches or cigarette lighters.
