Thank you for choosing the Clatronic FW 2684 Meat Grinder. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and care of your appliance. Please read these instructions carefully before first use and keep them in a safe place for future reference.
This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for commercial or industrial applications.

Familiarize yourself with the parts of your Clatronic FW 2684 Meat Grinder:

- פיטער טאַץ: For holding meat pieces before grinding.
- עסן שטופער: Used to guide food into the grinding mechanism.
- גרינדינג קאָפּ פֿאַרזאַמלונג: Includes the metal collar, worm gear, cutting blade, and grinding plates.
- Metal Collar: Secures the grinding head to the motor unit.
- Metal Worm Gear: Feeds the meat through the grinding plates.

- 2 Steel Perforated Discs: Fine and coarse grinding plates for different textures.
- Cookie/Pastry Attachment: For shaping dough.
- Sausage Stuffer Attachment: For making sausages.

4. סעטאַפּ און אַסעמבלי
- Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (except the motor unit) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
- שטעלט דעם מאָטאָר־אַפּאַראַט אויף אַ סטאַבילער, גלאַטער און טרוקענער ייבערפלאַך.
- Insert the metal worm gear into the grinding head.
- Place the cutting blade onto the shaft of the worm gear, ensuring the sharp edge faces outwards towards the grinding plate.
- Select the desired grinding plate (fine or coarse) and place it over the cutting blade, aligning the notch with the pin on the grinding head.
- Screw the metal collar onto the grinding head assembly clockwise until it is securely tightened.
- Attach the assembled grinding head to the motor unit by inserting it into the front opening and turning the locking knob until it clicks into place.
- Place the feeding tray on top of the grinding head.
5. אַפּערייטינג ינסטרוקטיאָנס
5.1. Meat Grinding
- Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled for meat grinding (cutting blade and desired grinding plate).
- Cut meat into pieces that fit easily into the feeding tube (approximately 2-3 cm cubes). Remove bones, gristle, and excessive fat.
- Place the cut meat onto the feeding tray.
- Place a suitable bowl or container under the outlet of the grinding head to collect the ground meat.

- Switch the appliance ON.
- Using the food pusher, gently feed the meat into the feeding tube. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push meat.
- After grinding, switch the appliance OFF and unplug it from the power outlet.
5.2. Using the Cookie/Pastry Attachment
- Assemble the grinding head without the cutting blade and grinding plate. Instead, attach the cookie/pastry attachment to the end of the worm gear and secure it with the metal collar.
- Prepare your dough according to your recipe. The dough should be firm enough to hold its shape but soft enough to be extruded.
- Place the dough onto the feeding tray.

- Switch the appliance ON.
- Gently feed the dough into the feeding tube using the food pusher. The dough will be extruded in the desired shape.
- Cut the extruded dough to the desired length.
- After use, switch the appliance OFF and unplug it from the power outlet.
6. רייניקונג און וישאַלט
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your meat grinder.

- Disassemble the grinding head assembly by reversing the assembly steps.
- Wash all removable parts (feeding tray, food pusher, worm gear, cutting blade, grinding plates, attachments, metal collar) in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to remove any food residue from the grinding plates and blade.

- Dry all metal parts immediately and completely to prevent rust. A small amount of cooking oil can be applied to metal parts (especially the grinding plates and blade) before storage to further prevent rust.

- Reassemble the dry parts or store them in a dry place.
