4. Application Instructions (Setup & Operating)

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, or loose particles.
• For best results on rubber or plastic surfaces, lightly roughen the surface before application to improve adhesion.

4.2. As an Adhesive

1. Apply a thin, even bead of sealant to one of the surfaces to be bonded.
2. Press the materials firmly together.

3. Do not use in joints deeper than 12 mm (1/2 inch). For deeper joints, use a backer rod to fill the void before applying sealant.
4. Recommended for joints between 1/4 inch and 3/4 inch wide.

4.4. For Aquariums

1. Apply a 1/4 inch bead of sealant to the edge of the glass, covering the full thickness of the glass edge.
2. Carefully set the glass panel onto the base and repeat the procedure for all remaining sides.
3. Ensure all joints are glass-to-sealant-to-glass with no entrapped air bubbles for optimal integrity.
4. Apply additional sealant to the inside joints for added security.
5. וויכטיק: Do not use this product in aquariums larger than 30 gallons (114 L) and/or aquariums containing water greater than 18 inches (46 cm) in height.

5. Curing Information

Understanding the curing process is essential for optimal performance:

7.1. Sealant Not Curing

If the sealant is not curing properly, consider the following:
