1. Swipe the scroll wheel: Give the scroll wheel a quick swipe.
2. Lift your finger: Lift your finger after swiping to enter rapid scrolling state. The page will continue scrolling automatically.
3. Tap to stop: Tap the scroll wheel again to stop rapid scrolling.

This is beneficial for:
