5.1 Adjusting Seat and Handlebars
The seat and handlebars are adjustable to accommodate different body sizes and ensure a comfortable and effective workout posture.

5.2 Adjusting Pedal Straps

The cage pedals feature adjustable straps to secure your feet during exercise. Adjust the straps to ensure your feet are firmly in place, preventing slippage and enhancing safety.

- Sit on the bike and place your feet securely in the pedal cages.
- Adjust the resistance to your desired level using the resistance knob.
- Begin pedaling. The LCD monitor will automatically turn on and display your workout data.

The bike features adjustable resistance with up to 8 levels. Turn the resistance knob clockwise to increase the intensity of your workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease it. This allows you to customize your training to match your fitness level and goals.

For immediate stopping of the flywheel, press down firmly on the red emergency brake button located on the resistance knob. This will bring the flywheel to a rapid halt, ensuring safety.
