This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your VEVOR Whole House Sediment Filter, Model BSK-T2-N12-G. This filter is designed to provide fine filtration for municipal tap water, well water, and lake water, effectively removing large particles such as sediment, rust, sludge, moss, and microorganisms. By improving water quality at the source, it helps protect household appliances like faucets, water purifiers, washing machines, dishwashers, and water heaters.

The VEVOR Whole House Sediment Filter is designed for straightforward installation. Please follow these guidelines:
- אָרט סעלעקציע: Install the filter at the main water inlet of your house to ensure whole-house filtration. Avoid direct sunlight exposure if installing outdoors to prevent algae growth.
- Pipe Compatibility: The filter is compatible with copper, PEX, and CPVC pipes.
- קשר סיזעס: The joint is suitable for 3/4" G-M (Male) + 1" G-M (Male) + 3/4" G-F (Female) connections. Ensure your plumbing matches these sizes or use appropriate adapters (not included).
- No Welding or Glue: The installation process does not require welding or glue. Use the provided fittings and ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.

Once installed, the filter operates continuously to provide clean water. Key operational features include:
- Automatic Filtration: The 40μm filter element continuously intercepts sediment, rust, and other particles from your water supply.
- הויך לויפן קורס: With a flow rate of 4 tons per hour (Max 20 GPM), the filter ensures instant filtration and fast water output without significantly impacting your household water pressure, even during peak usage.
- Visible Pressure Gauge: The integrated pressure gauge allows for real-time monitoring of your water pressure. Regularly check the gauge for any abnormal readings, which may indicate a need for maintenance or a change in your water supply.

Regular maintenance is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your sediment filter. The VEVOR filter features a convenient siphon backwash system:
- Siphon Backwash Cleaning: The filter utilizes a siphon-style backwash structure for efficient cleaning. This system increases the pressure difference and enhances backwash suction to effectively flush out accumulated residue.
- Manual Flush Procedure: To clean the filter, simply open the drain valve located at the bottom of the unit. There is no need to disassemble the filter bottle or the filter screen during this process. The manual flush knob (labeled "OFF" and "ON") controls the drain valve. Turn the knob to the "ON" position to initiate flushing and to the "OFF" position to stop.
- אָפטקייַט: The frequency of cleaning depends on your water quality and usage. Monitor the water pressure gauge; a noticeable drop in pressure may indicate a need for backwashing. Regular flushing helps prolong the lifespan of the reusable filter element.

- When installing outdoors, ensure the filter is protected from direct sunlight to prevent algae growth inside the transparent housing, which can reduce filter efficiency.
