This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your XUNYOU-LINK 4G LTE WiFi Router. This device is designed to provide high-speed internet connectivity by converting a 4G signal into Wi-Fi and wired LAN connections, supporting up to 32 user terminals simultaneously. It features a 2.4G Wi-Fi transmission rate of 300 Mbps and includes advanced security features like WPA/WPA2 encryption and a firewall function. The router is suitable for various applications including home, office, remote areas, and outdoor use.

1. Ensure the router is powered off before inserting or removing the SIM card. The device does not support SIM card hot-swapping.
2. Locate the SIM card slot on the rear panel of the router.
3. Insert a standard Micro SIM card into the slot. If you have a smaller SIM card, use the provided SIM card holder.

5.2. Powering On and Initial Connection

2. The Power Indicator LED will light up.
3. Wait for the 3G/4G Indicator LED to show a slow flash, indicating a successful network connection.

5.3. Accessing the Device Management Page

2. Enter the default gateway IP address (usually 192.168.1.1) into the address bar.
3. Enter the default username "admin" and password "admin" (or as specified on the router's label) to log in.

4. After logging in, you may be prompted with a "Welcome!" screen. Click "Quick Setup" to configure basic settings or "Skip" to proceed to the main dashboard.

6.2. WPS Function

For quick and easy wireless connection, press the WPS button on the router and then activate WPS on your client device. The connection will be established within 2 minutes.

6.3. Internet Connection APN Configuration

The Internet Connection screen allows configuration of LTE dialing related settings. The device typically recognizes the SIM card operator information and selects appropriate APN parameters automatically. If manual configuration is needed:

• Enter "Profile Name", "APN Information", and select "Authentication Method".
• Optionally, enter "User Name" and "Password".
• Click "Confirm" to save.
• If you need to configure a custom APN, select the new configuration from the "Configuration File" dropdown, click "Set Default", and confirm.

6.4. Manual Network Selection

For special SIM cards, you can manually search for and select networks. Navigate to the "Manual Network" section in the web interface and click "Manual Scan Network".

If USSD dialing is required for your SIM card, it can be initiated from the USSD interface. USSD information will also be displayed here.

• Avoid placing the router near strong magnetic or electric field interference sources (e.g., microwaves, refrigerators).

7.2. FOTA Remote Upgrade

The router supports FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) remote upgrade functionality. This allows for convenient updates to the device's firmware, ensuring optimal performance and security. Check the device management page for available updates.

If you encounter persistent issues or forget your login credentials, you can restore the router to its factory settings:

• With the router powered on, press and hold the RESET button (located on the rear panel) for more than 5 seconds.

8.1. Cannot Find the Wi-Fi Signal

• Connect your computer to the router's LAN port via an Ethernet cable.
• Log in to the router management interface (192.168.1.1).
• Navigate to "Advanced Settings" -> "WLAN Settings" -> "WLAN Basic Settings".
• Ensure the WLAN function is enabled.
• If you don't have a computer, perform a factory reset (see Section 7.3).

• Check if the SIM card is active and has a valid data plan.

8.4. Router Stopped Working

• If the router stops functioning, first try restarting it by unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter.

• If the LED lights are too bright at night, check the router's web management interface for any settings to adjust LED brightness or turn them off.
