Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on and within range. Try restarting both the hardware and the Zwift app. If using a PC, check that no other programs are hogging the Bluetooth connection.
The Zwift Ride with KICKR CORE 2 is optimized for Zwift. While the trainer component may broadcast standard power data, the integrated controllers and virtual shifting are designed specifically for the Zwift platform.
