The BILT HARD 24-inch Gas Powered Trencher is designed for efficient and precise trenching in various applications, including irrigation, cable laying, and drainage. It features a powerful engine and a robust digging system.

4. סעטאַפּ

4.1 אַנפּאַקינג און אַסעמבלי

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Refer to the assembly diagram (if provided in a separate document) for detailed steps. Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely before operation.

4.2 ברענשטאָף און אויל

The trencher is equipped with a 12V 14Ah battery for electric starting. Connect the battery terminals according to the markings (+ to + and - to -). Ensure connections are clean and tight.

1. Ensure the trencher is on a level surface.

5. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the 'START' position. Release the key once the engine starts.
6. Once the engine warms up, gradually push the choke lever to the 'OFF' position.

5.2 Adjusting Trench Depth

Use the Deep Control lever to adjust the digging depth. The trencher can achieve a maximum trench depth of 24 inches. Adjust the depth gradually to prevent overloading the engine.

5.3 Trenching Operation

• Position the trencher at the starting point of your desired trench.
• Engage the digging chain.
• Slowly lower the digging chain into the ground using the depth control. Do not attempt to dig to full depth in a single pass, especially in hard soil. Make multiple passes, increasinג טיפקייט מיט יעדן דורכגאנג.
• Maintain a steady, slow forward speed. The trencher should pull itself forward. Do not force it.
• Utilize the anti-forward safety lock to prevent unintended movement.
