Connect the Base Frame Assembly (1) and the Base Connector Tube Assembly (8) using Pan Head Square Neck Bolts M10*65 (32), M10 Flat Washers (38), and M10 Nuts (37). Do not fully tighten bolts and nuts yet. - Step 2: Install Vertical Base Assemblies
Install the left and right Vertical Base Assemblies (9) onto the main base using Pan Head Square Neck Bolts M10*65 (32), M10 Flat Washers (38), and M10 Nuts (37). Do not fully tighten bolts and nuts yet. - Step 3: Attach Backrest Connector and Fully Tighten
Install the Backrest Connector Assembly (10) to the vertical bases using Hex Bolts (M10*20) (35) and M10 Flat Washers (38). Fully tighten all bolts and nuts from Steps 1, 2, and 3 with the provided tool. Insert the Quick Release Pin (16) into the Backrest Connector. - Step 4: Install Leg Tube Assembly
Install the Leg Tube Assembly (11) using Hex Bolt (M10*70) (34), M10 Flat Washer (38), and M10 Nut (37). Fully tighten with the tool. Insert the Quick Release Pin (16). - Step 5: Attach Back Pad and Adjustment Bar
Install the Back Pad (14) using Hex Bolts (M8*65) (36) and M8 Flat Washers (39). Fully tighten with the tool. Insert the Spring Pin (20) into the Adjustment Bar Assembly (5) and then insert the Adjustment Bar Assembly (5) into the main frame. Insert the Foam Roller Tube (13) and attach the Foam (15) and Foam End Cap (17). - Step 6: Install Press Arm and Handles
Install the Press Arm Assembly (4) using Hex Bolt (M10*20) (35) and Large Flat Plate Washer (40). Fully tighten with the tool. Install the Handle Assembly (6) using Hex Bolt (M10*20) (35) and M10 Flat Washer (38). Fully tighten with the tool. - Step 7: Attach Weight Plate Pegs and Adapters
Install the Weight Plate Peg Assembly (7) using Hex Bolt (M10*20) (35) and M10 Flat Washer (38). Fully tighten with the tool. Insert the Weight Plate Adapter Sleeve and secure with 50 D50 Spring Clip (2 inch). Secure 25 D25 Spring Clip (1 inch) to the smaller pegs.
