Follow these steps to prepare your spot welder for operation.

- Place the nickel strip firmly against the battery terminal.
- Position the two welding pen tips onto the nickel strip, ensuring they are parallel and make good contact with the material. Apply slight pressure.
- Trigger the weld according to your selected mode (manual button, foot pedal, or automatic contact).
- Observe the weld. A good weld will be strong and clean. Adjust settings (Gear, Trigger, Cont Welds) as needed for optimal results.
