1. הקדמה
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective use of the TOMZN Automatic Voltage Current Protector Socket, model TOSVA-16. This device is designed to protect electrical appliances from damage caused by voltage fluctuations, overcurrents, and power surges in AC 110V/220V EU plug socket systems. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation.
2. פּראָדוקט פֿעיִקייטן
- Prevents damage caused by short circuits and overloads.
- Constructed with insulating materials to withstand various environmental conditions.
- Features flame-retardant and UV-resistant housing for long-term durability.
- Equipped with screw-type terminals to ensure stable and secure electrical connections.
- Suitable for a range of applications including solar inverters, charge controllers, and battery banks.
3. פּראָדוקט איבערview

פיגורע 3.2: זייַט View. This image displays a side perspective of the TOMZN TOSVA-16, highlighting the robust casing and the EU plug pins designed for insertion into a wall socket.
4. סעטאַפּ אינסטרוקציעס
- אויספּאַקן: Carefully remove the protector from its packaging. Inspect the device for any visible damage. Do not use if damaged.
- מאַכט קשר: Insert the EU plug of the TOSVA-16 protector directly into a standard AC 110V or 220V EU wall socket. Ensure the connection is firm.
- Appliance Connection: Plug the appliance you wish to protect into the EU socket provided on the front of the TOSVA-16 protector.
- ערשט מאַכט אויף: Once connected, the device will power on automatically or require a press of the power button (if present, refer to Figure 3.1). The digital display will illuminate, showing current voltagE און קראַנט רידינגז.
5. אַפּערייטינג ינסטרוקטיאָנס
The TOSVA-16 allows for adjustment of voltage and current protection thresholds. Refer to the control buttons on the front panel (Figure 3.1).
- ווייַזן לייענונגען: The digital display shows real-time voltage (V) and current (A) values. Indicators such as '>V', '<V', '>A' will light up to indicate over-voltagE, אונטער-וואָלtage, or over-current conditions, respectively.
- Setting Thresholds:
- דרוק די שטעלן button to enter setting mode. The display will flash, indicating the parameter that can be adjusted.
- ניצן די אַרויף (▲) און אַראָפּ (▼) buttons to adjust the desired voltage or current threshold.
- דרוק שטעלן again to cycle through different parameters (e.g., over-voltage limit, under-voltage limit, over-current limit, recovery delay time).
- After setting all desired parameters, wait a few seconds without pressing any buttons. The device will automatically save the settings and exit the setting mode.
- מאַכט קנעפּל: The power button (often marked with a circle and vertical line symbol) can be used to manually turn the output power on or off.
- שוץ אַקטאַוויישאַן: אויב די וואָלtage or current exceeds the set thresholds, the protector will automatically cut off power to the connected appliance to prevent damage. Once conditions return to normal and after a set delay time, power will be restored automatically.
6. וישאַלט
- רייניקונג: Disconnect the device from the power outlet before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- דורכקוק: Periodically inspect the device and its connections for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections.
Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself. This may void the warranty and pose safety risks.
