4. סעטאַפּ
4.1 אַנפּאַק:

4.2 פּאָזיציאָנירן:

- Position the appliance near a water supply, drain, and electrical outlet.

4.5 First Use Preparations:
- Adding Dishwasher Salt: Fill the salt dispenser with dishwasher salt to soften hard water, preventing limescale buildup. Refer to the water hardness test strip (if included) to determine the correct setting.

5.2 Selecting a Wash Program:
Your dishwasher offers 7 wash programs to suit different types of loads and soil levels:

- אַוטאָ: Automatically adjusts wash cycle based on soil level detected by sensors.
- יידל: Gentle wash for fragile items like glassware.
- פאַרוואַשן: A short rinse cycle to prevent food from drying onto dishes if you're not running a full wash immediately.
- גלאז: Specifically designed for delicate glassware, ensuring sparkling results.
Use the program selection buttons on the control panel to choose your desired program. The LED display will show the selected program and estimated remaining time.
5.3 Starting a Cycle:
- Load the dishwasher (see Section 6).

5.4 Auto-Door Opening Feature:
At the end of most wash cycles, the dishwasher door will automatically open slightly. This feature facilitates natural air drying, reducing energy consumption and improving drying performance. Do not force the door closed immediately after it opens, as this may interrupt the drying process.

General Loading Tips:

- Place larger, more heavily soiled items in the lower rack.
- Place delicate items, glasses, and cups in the upper rack.
- Ensure items do not block the spray arms (Figure 4).

7.1 Cleaning Filters:
- The filter system prevents larger food particles from reaching the pump. Check and clean the filters regularly (e.g., weekly).
- Twist and remove the coarse filter, then separate the fine filter. Rinse them under running water to remove any debris.
