The separation protection cover must always be used. Adjust its position to provide maximum protection for the specific application.

• Loosen the guard's locking mechanism.
• Rotate the guard to the desired position, ensuring it deflects sparks and debris away from the operator.
• Tighten the locking mechanism securely.

4.3 Disc Installation (Grinding/Cutting)

Always ensure the battery is removed before changing discs.

2. If using the tool-free quick release nut: Unscrew the quick release nut by hand. Remove the old disc and the lower flange.
3. Place the new 115 mm grinding or cutting disc onto the spindle, ensuring it sits correctly on the lower flange.
4. Screw the quick release nut back on and tighten it firmly by hand. Release the spindle lock.
5. If using a standard nut and key: Use the provided key to loosen and tighten the nut.

4.4 Anti-vibration Handle Attachment

Attach the anti-vibration handle to either side of the gear housing for improved comfort and control during operation.

• Screw the anti-vibration handle into one of the threaded holes on the side of the grinder head.
• Tighten it securely by hand.
