Before first use, remove all protective films from the earbuds, including any red separation film on the charging contacts. Place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then reopen it to power them on.

The earbuds are set to dongle mode by default for first use. Insert the 2.4G dongle into a compatible USB-C port on your device (PC, PS5, PS4, Desktop, VR). If your device only has USB-A ports, use the included USB-A adapter. Once paired, the dongle's light will stay solid.

1. No Sound / Dongle Blinking:
   • Ensure the earbuds are in dongle mode (not Bluetooth mode). Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to switch modes.
   • Check your device's audio output settings and ensure "SW5" is selected.
   • Increase the volume. Double-tap the right earbud or adjust via the Middle Rabbit mobile app.
2. No Sound in One Earbud:
   • Press and hold the touch button on the silent earbud for up to 18 seconds until the light flashes. Then, reconnect your device.
3. Connection Issues (USB Dongle):
   • Ensure a clear line of sight between the dongle and the earbuds for optimal connection. Avoid placing the dongle in enclosed spaces like cabinets.
