The Whirlpool 20-Pint Portable Dehumidifier is designed to efficiently remove excess moisture from indoor spaces up to 1,500 square feet, helping to improve air quality and comfort.

3. סעטאַפּ און ייַנמאָנטירונג

3.1 אַנפּאַקינג

Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging. Retain the packaging materials for future storage or transport.

3.2 Caster Wheel Installation

The dehumidifier includes four caster wheels for easy mobility. Insert each wheel into the designated slots on the bottom of the unit until it clicks securely into place.

Place the dehumidifier on a firm, level surface in an area where the temperature will not fall below 41°F (5°C) or rise above 90°F (32°C). Ensure there is at least 8 inches (20 cm) of space around the unit for proper air circulation.

Plug the power cord into a grounded 115V AC, 60Hz electrical outlet. Do not use an extension cord.

דרוק די פאַן ספּיד button to toggle between two available fan speeds: Low and High. Higher fan speed will result in faster moisture removal.

4.5 קינד לאַק

To prevent unintended changes to settings, activate the Child Lock function by pressing and holding the קינד לאַק button (refer to the control panel diagram for exact button). This will disable all other buttons until unlocked.

4.6 Continuous Draining Option

For extended operation without manually emptying the water bucket, connect a standard garden hose (not included) to the continuous drain outlet on the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to a low-level drain to allow gravity to remove collected water.

4.7 Loss of Power Protection
